Since the inception of Onco- Gynaecology department in Sri Ram Cancer Centre at MGUMST a couple of years back, the speciality has developed substantially. Apart from all minor, major and supra major surgeries being performed here regularly, MGUMST has become the first university in Rajasthan to start Fellowship in Gynecological Oncology. Its outreach and awareness programs have been instrumental in educating the masses about this speciality and benefitting them through its correct application thereby helping in improving the female genital cancer scenario in the state. For best results evidence-based multimodality and multidisciplinary management is practiced. The department functions with a futuristic vision.
